  • The item must be returned with all original packaging and included components.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain returns.

  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided with the RA number clearly indicated on the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect and proof of purchase.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Cancellations
